Cancellation & Eligible Cases:

1. Unavailability of Technician:

• You can cancel any booking free of charge until the service provider accepts it.

• To cancel, go to your booking details in the "Rahet Betak" app and tap "Cancel Booking".

• If cancelled before the service provider's acceptance, a full refund will be issued (for prepaid services).

2. Technician Unable to Attend:

• In rare cases where the technician cannot attend the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the service provider may cancel the booking.

• We will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.

• Alternatively, you can cancel the booking and receive a full refund (for prepaid services).

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed to the user's electronic wallet (for prepaid services).

• Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • If you cancel the booking after the service provider's acceptance.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the work quality but the service was completed as described in the app.

  • If you experience minor delays or issues during the service.

  • If you request changes to the service scope after the technician's arrival, which may incur additional charges.
